Yes. We work with a full safety harness and proper roof anchor points, and we're set up and equipped for double-storey homes as well as single storey. We also carry public liability insurance on every job, so you're covered either way. Working at height is the part of this trade that goes wrong most often when it's done casually — we don't cut corners on it.
Not usually. As long as we have clear access to the roof and to a garden tap, most jobs can be completed without you there. If you'd prefer to be home, that's no problem either — just let us know when you book and we'll work around a time that suits.
